Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

Some items are excluded by law — in particular products made or personalised to your specification, sealed audio, video, or software once unsealed, and items that by their nature cannot be returned. Any such exclusion is stated with the offer.

1. How to return an item

Tell us within the 14‑day period that you wish to withdraw — by email or via our Contact page, quoting your order reference. Then return the item within 14 days to:

You pay the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

2. Condition of returned items

During the reflection period please handle the item and its packaging with care — only unpack or use it as far as needed to decide whether to keep it. Return it with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. We may reduce the refund to reflect any handling beyond what was necessary.

3. Refunds

We refund the amount you paid as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you have sent it), to the original payment method via Mollie.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, contact us promptly via our Contact page with your order reference and, if possible, a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping in these cases.
